Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags and accessories are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service department.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
